Do this to Avoid Trouble When Traveling

There Are No Do-Overs For Your Vacation

Travelers want to make the best decisions when planning their travel to protect their hard-earned time off and their money.

When I design your vacation or group trip, the experience you receive is a direct reflection of a experienced team of people.

1. My Supplier Team When you receive your final itinerary from me, there are usually several hotels, transfers from airports, train stations or piers, sightseeing tours, cruise bookings, airline reservations, private guides, and a myriad of other things. All of these components are sourced based on my relationships and experience with the Tour Operators and other supplier partners with whom I have established a level of trust. Anywhere from a major international hotel chain, to a Villa in Tuscany, to the mom & pop driver/guides I use who meet my clients with a smile and know all the off the beaten path spots that can make the difference between a good trip and a great one.

Recently, my clients were traveling to Chile where they were met by a professional and friendly driver and were delighted to learn from the driver that they were getting an upgraded oceanfront room at different hotel. Unbeknownst to them, there was a protest near their original hotel which my supplier partner felt would be disruptive to their stay. My supplier partners take better care of my clients because they don't want to let me down...and I continue to support them because of it. Try getting that when you book online!

2. My Network of Other Travel Professionals  I spend much time and money every year in professional continuing education and peer networking. My host agency, the Gifted Travel Network, is made up of like-minded Niche/Specialty travel professionals who are some of the most bright (and fun!) folks I know.

If a client comes to me with a request for a custom itinerary exploring Tuscany, an African Safari or a Bed & Breakfast tour of New Zealand, I may not know the immediate answers....but I surely know where to find them! We support each other and our clients are the ones who reap the benefits.

3. My Team of Past, Present and Prospective Clients I really learn as much from YOU as I hope you do from me! Everyone has different hopes, needs and dreams for their perfect travel experience and it is MY job to make sure they are all met. So, if I ask you many questions during the planning process, or follow up with how things went after your trip, it's because I learn from your honest feedback which helps me to better serve more people in the future.

So that's who's on my team! I hope it is reassuring to know how my team has your back when you allow me to plan your travel journeys.

Let's start planning your next trip!
